KAPPA KAPPA GAMMA WEEKEND!!!!!

This past weekend is one of the most anticipated weekends of my year: KKG Weekend! Every year a group of my dear friends and sorority sisters get together to spend the weekend together. This year we were minus our sweet friend Ellen and missed her so much! Friday evening we went to one of our pledge sister's weddings and got to visit with lots of fun girls from our pledge class that we don't get to see a whole lot, it was wonderful! We stayed up till 1:00 or so visiting and it just wore me out, so pitiful!

Room 316 loving on little Cooper!!!

Sat. we woke up and visited outside on the patio for a few hours and then went to drive around campus and visit the farmer's market. We grabbed lunch at Hog Haus with our friend Carla and we went to get manicures/pedicures. That evening we ate on the patio at Shoguns. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy lots of time outside. We had so much fun with eachother. This weekend is so special to me and these girls are just wonderful women who have loved me through so many seasons of life. It's fun to continue to grow up together!

Spring Cleaning + Nesting :)

Well we are now under 7 weeks and with our free weekend at home, finally, we have put together baby gear and cleaned every cabinet, bin, and closet! We have washed some baby stuff, cleaned refrigerator, tidied garage, put baby gear in attic we don't need till later, and reorganized file cabinet.
Also, we got some golf in there, i had a frozen yogurt date with Kate and Reese, yummy food, went to the new Neighborhood Market Walmart, watched a movie and I lounged in my anti-gravity chair-it's awesome!!!

Pic of belly: 33 weeks

Friday night Jordan put together Cooper's swing that his Nana, my momma, got him :)

The chair is from ByMarietta, it's wonderful and I like my little corner.

Jordan also put together our pack and play which is stored in a organized closet for baby gear. We also got our bathtub, it is from 4moms

We also put together what I thought was a jogging stroller, but when putting the adapter on it i realized the 1st warning said NO JOGGING! Back it went!
This was my stroller: baby jogger city mini:

I really liked it but already had a Chicco stroller and didn't have a need for it. So with our gift cards I was able to get the Bob Stroller for jogging!

I also got this little table from ByMarietta that goes great in my bedroom to complete my sitting corner

This week I get to pick up some frames I had made for Cooper's room, should receive some curtains I ordered and have such a fun KKG weekend to look forward too!!!! Don't feel bad for the hubby, he is off to Conway to play in a 3 day golf tour with my dad :) he deserves it, Jordan has been such a great help!!!

We have been busy but also have relaxed at home. This little guy has played so much outside his is pooped!

Happy Week to you all!!!!

Conway Baby Shower

Here are photos from this past Sunday's shower in Conway. I had such a great time and felt so loved by my dear friends! Everything about it was wonderful!!! They went with a "C" theme. There was a cute sign outside the front door with "baby" music playing.

This is the sign in table.
Mom and I with the gorgeous table full of "C' food: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Cucumber Sandwiches, etc.. all the food had a sign with the "c" theme.
Meg, made this awesome diaper cake, I loved it! It was so sad to take it apart, but there were tons of diapers from it!!!!
Cranberry punch table
the gift table :) Thank you all for the wonderful goodies, we got so much great stuff!
Mrs. Helen made Cooper a stocking to match the ones she made Jordan and I for our wedding.
My favorite little lady!!!! She even colored Cooper's gift. How adorable is she??!!!! I love her to pieces! Her mom gave so much of her time and effort to lead me more towards Christ since 7th grade and still loves and supports me so much!
The "BEAUTIFUL" hostesses!!!!
Anne, Erin, Megan, Jill, me, Em and Meg
The shower was at Mrs. Teresa's gorgeous home and I'm so thankful for her allowing me to have a shower there. And look at this little man, Brody, I can't wait for him and Cooper to play!!! He was so good the whole shower and I just love him so much!
Here we go: Belly 32 weeks :)

Thank you all for making this shower so wonderful and fun!

My blood pressure is good and normal, little one has flipped head down and I got to hear his heartbeat which is the most gracious noise God will ever allow me to hear on this Earth. He is moving a ton and growing away :) I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow!!!! Stay healthy little Cooper!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!

I want to honor both of our moms in this post and wish them a Happy Mother's Day!
Jordan and I are beyond blessed to have had moms who gave so much of themselves to make us better people. Our moms are loving, caring, selfless, encouraging and supportive through all seasons of life. Even when no one seems to understand you our moms know just the words to help build us up and make us stronger people. We have been blessed to be able to learn from both moms in these few years together and are excited for all they will pour into their first grandchild! They are so special to us and we love and celebrate them everyday, but are glad to make them stand out more today! I'm excited for the journey of learning to give my all to our sweet baby boy just like I see our moms give to us. Thank you Father in Heaven for years of love and fun with these women. Bless them beyond measure and may their hearts be filled with love today!

WE LOVE YOU MOM!!!!

side note: I'd like to wish all my NEW mom friends a wonderful, Happy 1st Mother's Day! Enjoy this day with your little one and family :)
