Pack it up!

Today me and my lovely momma packed up our place to get ready to move into our 1st home next sat!!!! My mom is so great to come and help me, I love her so much and am so thankful for all of her help! And thanks mom, for our favorite salad from Hog Haus!!!!

Earth day

In honor of Earth Day we watched Avatar and I LOVED it!!!


And also.....
After a serious steriod shot into my wrist for the pain im still having this guy is my new and improved bff:



The shot wasn't so bad but I'm hurting so bad from all the
Liquid in my wrist causing pressure, my wrist is so swollen! Hopefully this works!!

Now we will be spending the weekend packing with my parents to get ready to move next sat! Praise the Lord for this gracious season we are in and a home we pray will flow with blessings and lots of guests! Love to you all, Amber and Jordan :)

KKG Fun!!!

This weekend my dear friends/sorority sisters came to visit. We had so much fun feeding our bellies at Thai Diner, Common Grounds and Abeulos, shopping, laughing, wathing FRIENDS and a awesome dance party! My camera is broken so more group photos to come :) I'm so thankful for all of their efforts to come visit me and for all of us to spend time together.

My oh my!!!

So about a week and a half ago Jordan, me and our friend Joe Ray walked into our home into the kithcen to find this:












Words can't describe how awful this sight was for all of us! My first thought was 101 dalmations have thrown up in my kitchen. After getting through the pain our eyes endured and on to the laughter of this scene we manages to work through it all. This has been a big growing lesson for me. It's hard for me to want to make someone redo something they worked so hard but my dear husband stepped in and got it all sorted!

If you walk into our kitchen today you will find:

What a wonderful weekend!!

First off, I got to take Friday off and went and got a starbucks an also go this little treat as a tester:




Then I went home and got crafty. I turned on regis and Kelly and worked on glazing some tiles I will be using on my backsplash in our kitchen.

I'm not really crafty but I'm so proud of myself! A pretty neutral backdrop with cream cabinets and tops.

Then Friday we headed to hot springs with a pit stop at the lady antebellum and Tim McGraw concert with our Wright family, so much fun!!!






He looks better in jeans than I do :)

Then we continues on to hot springs for the horse races with meg and Justin, and Marietta and Kent. Ali and rich we missed you!

It was so lovely that I didn't bother to even place a bet but bask in the sun all day!!! We had such a great time with our sweet friends!

Red!!!!

I LOVE my red dining room! I'm so excited to have this little area to feed more people! I'm thrilled to have a Hog party and use this room with all my Hog dishes we got as wedding gifts!





Planning to move May 1!!!! I'm just so thankful for this home an excited to fill it with guests!

It's All clear

These were my words from my text message from Pat today to tell us that all the cancer is gone from Lynn's body!!!! God be the glory for his healing hand and allowing us all to grow and learn more of His mercy!!!! We have grown as a family and are so thankful to our Father in Heaven for curing him!!!!!

Easter

We made a last min decision to go to Conway and celebrate Easter with my family and pick up our boxes to have when we start packing.

It pays to Spring clean!

In line with the coming of sping and our moving that is just around the corner we did some spring cleaning! We threw 2 HUGE basket full of books away and took 5 bags of clothing, which we took to Plato's Closet and made $169.00!!!'




And we have brick!!!! The painters are there and will be done this week! We have our rate locked and are getting our boxes tomorrow to get ready to move we are thrilled!




And most important of all, have a happy Easter enjoy rejoicing in the freedom Christ brings us through His resurrection!!!!!!
