Cooper's 1st week

In Cooper's first week we have learned so much about one another! I'm enjoying every moment with him and just love kissing his sweet face. He had his 1st doctor's appt, went to target, newborn photos, playtime on his mat, meeting lots of dear friends, 1st all nighter :) and many first looks of love to me and his dad! We love him so much and are enjoying this time with him as a little bitty fella :)

I do plan to sum up our hospital stay and have photos once I can get everything on the computer and time to write it out. More for my memory than your need to read it :)

Maxin and relaxin

Well these days there isn't a lot of this for us, but man Cooper has it down! He's not always this angelic so I take full advantage when he is. :) we are learning so much right now and enjoying kissing this sweet baby face! Photos and birth story to come at some point when I get my head somewhat back on :)

Here we go C-Man!!!

Getting all settled in to meet our son!!!!
Tonight both of our parents were here, the Hartnesses and the Rays to help fill our evening with laughter and joy as we wait for Cooper. I ate a delicious salad, pizza and Gatorade to rev up for tomorrow! Now I'm watching the ESPY awards in this uncomfortable bed that hurts worse than any contraction. Hoping to get a few naps in throughout the night :) thank you for so many prayers and thoughts as we enter this new season!!!

Happy birthday Mello!

Since I'm still with child, I'll celebrate my little dog's birthday as I wait to celebrate my son's on Thursday!

Well for now, I just LOVE this dog! We have so much fun with him and his crazy personality. I look forward to all the fun him and Cooper will have playing someday.

Just the 2 of us...STILL :)

This past week has been spent waiting and resting at home on our little guy. His due date (July 8) has come and passed, so now our anticipation just builds and builds!!!! We just finished a shopping trip for groceries and are enjoying these last few days together just the two of us :)

So many emotions as this time next week he will be here for sure! Thank you friends and family for all your love and support towards us and Cooper! Can't wait for him to meet you all :)

Greisse Wedding

This weekend we have had the honor to host our dear friends Scott and Valorie as they were here to celebrate John and Lindsey Greisse's wedding. We had a wonderful lunch with Blake and Amanda Brewer, got to catch up and enjoy a beautiful wedding together.
