Yeah Christmas is coming!!! Jordan and I got to spend Friday through Sat. together which does not happen a whole because of his job. Friday, we slept in and baked a pumpkin roll and had a date at Bonefish Grill-so good! We went down to central Arkansas on Sat. and got to each spend time with family and friends, such sweet time to catch up with different people. We really are missing all of our friends and family in this area and are learning how to adjust to making new friends up in Fayetteville, it's harder than I ever thought it would be. But I know my God is good and my place is perfect right now! We spent Sat. night with our dear friends the Swanns. Sunday we went to New Life Church and then to Little Rock for brunch with his family. That evening we spent time with a group of his family's friends at their annual Christmas party, it was my first and it was a blast!!! I love this time of year that we get to celebrate the birth of the King and He draws us close to friends and family, which is so sweet.

Praise the Lord, I Passed!!!!
This semester has been loaded with a new marriage, new place, new church, new job, and more school! I have been studying since October for my test to get my certification as a speech pathologist. This has not been easy as I've had to take time away from spending time with my husband and getting to know new people in Fayetteville. It's made this transition a little tougher. I took this exam on November 15 and my great husband has been praying every since over my nerves as I've been so worried. I had this test filled with prayer for knowledge and peace for this burden to be removed and for me to have more free time in the spring. And praise to my King because he delivered and I passed! I found out this past Tuesday and have been filled with ease and joy. I'm very thankful to the Lord and all the prayers and love from my family and friends. I believe this is such a blessing for me and my marriage as I can spend more time with Jordan and getting even more settled in Fayetteville. I'm very thankful for all the patience and support Jordan gave me throughout this season. I'm just so happy!
I'm like a kid, so proud of my work:

An Exhausting few days...
I have no photos, because nothing real fun has occurred. I spent the weekend studying, studying, and more studying....I took my big comprehensive exam for graduate school on Monday. It was a killer! I got to spend time with friends at Elevation and at school. I did get some great time with my mom and dad, which is such precious time to me. And Jordan got to spend Monday evening with his dad in Fayetteville. I'm now back home, freezing my toosh off, and heading back to work tomorrow. I'm excited that this week brings just work and no studying, yeepie! I'm glad to be home with my husband and just relaxing.

Christmas Ornaments
Jordan and I took a date to Jason's Deli, my favorite and then to start our new Wright family Christmas tradition. We went and made Christmas ornaments for our tree. Jordan came up with the idea that every year we will make some sort of ornament to add to our family tree. Things have been going great in Fayetteville. It is very cold and I've been studying a lot for my Comprehensive graduate exam that is on Monday. Jordan begins finals next week, so it will then be his turn to study. We both are ready for Christmas break and for school to be over!!!

The Swann Wedding
Megan McConnell married Justin Swann this past weekend. We went to Hot Springs on Friday for rehearsal and dinner at Porterhouse. The wedding was at Garvin Gardens and absolutely beautiful. Meg was so pretty, a gorgeous bride. We then came back to Conway Country Club for the reception. It was a great weekend of seeing friends and having so much fun. Jordan sang to everyone at rehearsal dinner, I bombed my speech to Megan and Justin, Jordan got put in jail for a little mis-hap-all is well now, and we celebrated a wonderful couple.

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!!!
We have made it back home from our 1st Thanksgiving. It was so much fun to spend time with both families, we really had a blast getting to see them. We played board games, Wii, and filled our bellies with yummy food. We then got to spend some time in Hot Springs for my best friend's wedding. This was great for us to be able to be together and celebrate with them. (I'll post photos of the wedding later). We then returned home yesterday to SNOW!!! I couldn't believe it. November 30th our 1st snow. I worked on our Christmas cards all day yesterday and now we begin the work week. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and get to truly enjoy the Christmas season, I'm so excited it's time to celebrate the birth of our Lord!
