My Dream Man got me My Dream Car!!!!

So this past Friday night Jordan and I went on a date and started talking about the idea of trying to get me a used Land Rover, like I've ALWAYS wanted. So I call my dad and just ask him to keep his eyes open for a used car that we might be interested in. Well, with the workings of dad he had my car sold and found me a new car in Tulsa within 72 hours! 

It was a whirlwind, we for some reason thought it would take a long time with the economy and all, but nope not with my dad! 

So yesterday Jordan drove me to Tulsa to look at this beautiful car and decided to buy it for me! It was an exhausting few hours, the car buying isn't as quick as expected, but my husband decided this would be a good car for this season in our lives. So, I'm so thrilled and lovin driving my car around town! Thanks to Jordan and my dad for getting this all sorted for me!

My Mom's Magic Touch!!!

My great mom came and helped me decorate the rest of our home. It was great to have her help and she is just so good at helping me hang stuff and decorate the tops things! I had the best time with my mom and really enjoyed her coming up for the day. We ran all over the place, but it all got done-we are efficient people and now I'm done unpacking and am settled and ready for company! We had The Coulters stay this weekend and loved it, great to see them! Hope you all have a wonderful week and Happy 4th!

We have moved in to our new place and here are some photos thus far... My wonderful mom is coming to help me unload my numerous boxes of kitchen gear and decorate my walls. She is so good at helping me hang stuff and get settled in. We are loving it here and I'm so proud of our home! You all are welcome any time!

All moved in and a NEW camera in hand!

So yes, it's been ages since a post and life has flown by with lots in the bag. Things are going great for the Wright family here. We are all moved in to our new home (photos to come soon) and with many thanks to Lynn Wright, Stephen Billings, Drew Nelson, Spencer Shadrach, and help from Stone and Simeon Vollendorf. The weekend we decided to move we had also made a committment to babysit all 3 of the Vollendorf kids. As I called it: A glimpse into the Future. I thought it was funny to have 3 children to our watch and move, all went great and the kids were wonderful! I do hope my children are as good as they are. 

We are moved in and had the Billings over as our 1st guest in our new place. And they were our 1st in the old place, too bad they are moving to Kansas-we will miss them dearly! But we are getting settled with new arrangements and nice/friendly neighbors. It only takes me 5 mins to get to work, so I rejoice every morning for that at 6:50! Jordan finishes his first session of summer school this week, which is crazy! It's flying by, life is so good and going way to fast!!!!! 

Lastly, on our cruise my camera got broken and I have waited to long 4-5 weeks to hear from canon if it is fixable. They called the other day and said yes, for $175, I said no thank you and went and bought me a new one. So here is the one I got and I LOVE it!!!! Great photos and I'd suggest it to anyone. So now that I can start adding photos and making my blogs a bit more exciting to read, I hope you all are doing well.

Let's Pack it up.

Mom is heading up this morning to help me pack up our place as we are moving soon to a bigger town home. We want more space to host more and more people! I'm so thankful for her coming to help us get everything in nice, neat boxes so Jordan and his dad can have an easier time moving. 

I have just completed my first full week of being a working woman, this is a transition that I didn't expect to be hard but it is for some reason? My husband has been so supportive and helpful with daily tasks it makes things much easier too. He is working his butt off with summer school. I've never seen someone work so hard at school, it's great! I got called up, summons, appointed, randomly picked for JURY DUTY! I'm not one bit happy about this and really hope to not get picked. This is the 1st time I've had to do something like this and I'd love to get out of it! Any tips???? In my letter they were like we will give you $50.00 for being on the jury, I make more than that in a day working, I'd rather be at my lovely job helping people than sitting there over minor cases. It's just not something I want to do, but if I get chosen I'll for sure blog all about!
