Avoid the goodies

This morning I'm in a meeting in conway. I woke up and did a hard 3 mile run since I've been sooo lazy lately. But on the table behind me, I'm avoiding these delicious doughnuts!!!!



Shipley's so good, but not being eaten by me today :)
