12 months-last one!

July 15, 2012-BIG ONE YEAR OLD!!!
sweet gift from Gramma and Pops!
some reading before KK headed back to NYC

 Birthday kisses from momma

birthday chat with dad :)

we go to the dr. thursday so I'll have to update all of his stats. He wakes 6:30-7 and gets milk, breakfast 8, milk 10, nap, lunch noon, milk at 2 then nap, snack at 4 and dinner at 6. He is completely weaned and on whole milk. Weaning went well for him, lots of tears for me, but he can drink out of any sippy and loves wawa with a straw. size 12-18 clothes, size 4 diapers, still on some purees-can't get him to cross over completely-textures freak him out. likes sleeping with a pillow and just got another tooth on the bottom-up to 7. He loves being outside and can say "outside". started tantrums when doesn't get his way. loves books and playing with his friends, super friendly but at times is reserved like at church for some reason?

breakfast: likes to eat options: toast, banana, yogurt, muffins, eggs, baby oatmeal

lunch/dinner options: puree, Buddy fruits, crackers, puffs, cheese, grilled cheese, sweet potato, gold fish, I'm trying all kinds of foods all the time (mac-n-cheese, soft veggies, all meats)

love this boy and what a fun year it has been! Off to the beach this week with Gramma and Pops and can't wait!

Cooper's Par-tay!!!

My co-worker Alison made our entry sign and Cooper's giraffe is from his Papa
I figured most kids can eat animal crackers, so I had a basket with green grass and the animals in it.
I used my Cricut for all banners and decided to leave "Cooper's Castle" in the living room, which was a hit.
lots of toys for kids and adults, we had most of this stuff since we spend all of our days outside per Cooper's request

I had a sunscreen station, but since a storm came through and the temp was 74 and overcast
Instead of his monthly pics, which all seemed to be bad, I decided to do "Cooper's Wild Adventures" with pics throughout the whole year
I ordered his hat off Dainty Couture from Etsy

Cake from Rick's and they did such a great job!
Cookies were made by Holly Thomas and they were so cute and so good!!!!
Cooper loves graham crackers, gold fish, and nilla wafers so we had these to snack on too.
We had water and milks, since that's all Cooper can drink that's all his guests drank

Cooper loves bananas so I had to add ice cream with bananas
Cooper's sweet shirt was made by the Carol Shadrach!! She did such a great job, I loved it!

I used a lot of stuff I had and just had so much fun getting this together. My momma was a great help too! She came up a couple of days before to help me get everything together and what a big help she was! I enjoyed doing this so much and then watching Cooper have so much fun with his friends was the cherry on top!

Cooper is ONE!!!

Nana and Papa came up early to give Cooper his gifts. He got his 1st Paddington Bear, which is a bear who is from England-Paddington Station to be exact. My brother had one and it was only fitting for Cooper to get his.

cooper had lots of music fun with KK, so thankful she came to celebrate!

sweet Brody came in from Conway-such a treat! and Coop's buddy Asa all playing together. Love this pic!
opening gifts, i love this face
 Molly partied too hard!
Ann and Ferrin. These girls keep Cooper at my work and they are blessings from God. They love this boy and are so fun to be around!

ready to play with my toys people!

Cooper had so so so much fun at his party! It was so fun to have family and friends to come play with Cooper and celebrate him. We are so thankful for everyone and them coming. It means so much to have such wonderful people love our baby. Cooper is such a delight to our family and I'm just so thankful to be his mom and have had this past year with him.

Our 4th celebration

We enjoyed a fun morning at home with dad and then had a mid day swim with Beck Cashion. Tonight we headed over to Ben and Cassie Booth's house who hosted a wonderful rib contest and tons of little kiddos! Fun day but beyond thankful to be able to celebrate our freedom! I'm so thankful for the men and women who have fought for our country and serve our country daily!!!
