Lots of Lovin!

*disclaimer, I get so behind on blogging because for some reason I can't blog from my iphone apps? so if you know how to fix this or have had this before, please help! it's the 1st time for me at my computer and I'm catching up. So catch up with us or just fast forward, whatever :)

VALENTINE'S DAY!
Jordan and I spent our 1st evening away from Cooper while his parents watched him and it was fun and exciting! We went to a marriage conference and then ate cupcakes and watched the Nolan Richardson Documentary-love huh?? :) He also spoiled me with a starbucks gift card, he loves!

I have so much love for my family! Being married to a wonderful man has shown me more love and grace than I ever knew possible and has revealed more to me of the depth of God's love for me! He is my shining star and just a wonderful man, gosh I love him! Having Cooper and my crazy amoung of love for him overflows constantly, teaching me yet again of God's love for me as He gave His Son for me! The unconditional love from parents and siblings, humbles me and depicts Christ's love for us and forgiveness of all sins. I'm blessed to have such beautiful love in my life!

Cooper 6 mos stats

We had a delayed 6 month visit to the doctor so it's really a 6 and half check-up. He's growing and is a very healthy boy, I'm beyond thankful for this! God has blessed Cooper with a fun personality and a healthy body that we are grateful for. These days are filled with sitting and grabbing toys, pulling to stand up, and eating away. So fast they change, but I'm loving watching him grow.
He is 90th percentile for height-crazy!
He is 75th percentile for weight
He is 50th percentile for head.

This weekend we are enjoying time at home and taking his 6 month photos with our amazing photographer, Blaire Perry. It's nice to have a slow weekend as often as we travel. My dear friend Marietta, had her boy, Shad, and I'm looking so forward to meeting him next week!

The winter has been so mild, this may be our only pic in a coat.
1st outing to Target as a big boy, meaning no car seat, we went last weekend with my mom in conway.
I love this pic of cooper playing with my dad.
Big boy that can sit and play with his toys all by himself.
 waiting for the doctor yesterday.

My Cooper 6 Month Memories

Cooper turns 6 months today and I just can't believe it. I never imagined how much joy and fun I would have with my son. I enjoy every moment with him and enjoy watching him grow and change. I'm a bit sad at how fast it goes. Not in a bad way, but I love watching him so much and he changes all the time! He is a content, pleasant, happy child. His laugh is a symphony to my soul and his smile is contagious. This has been a big month for Cooper in his development.

-cooper has his front two bottom teeth
-able to apply pressure on feet and stand with help
-able to sit with someone near. He's to the point that he can sit but once he starts to fall hes down.
-size 3 diapers
-eating all kids of puréed (Earth's Best) Just starting having some for breakfast and at supper he eats 2 small cans and some cereal with fruit in it.
-nurses around 5-6 in the morning, then around 10 before his morning nap, lunch feed, then nurses before his long afternoon nap around 3, then supper at 6. If I need to be out later that night I try to get another nap. He eats supper at 6, bath, then plays till he gets cranky. :) typically, nurses at 7 and is down for the night.
-he rolls both ways and just started to roll in his bed.
-enjoys Elliot his love elephant, his seahorse (from aunt KK) that sings lullabies, balls, his jumper, bounced lounge chair and most of all-laying on his playmat.
-we still use dr. Browns size 2 nipple bottles.
-he is a great traveler and doesn't mind the cars seat
-went to his 1st bowl game.
-I use Hylands teething tablets and gel mostly and a couple times of Tylenol
-he is wearing 6-9 months clothes. No more 3-6 at all!
-he is crazy ticklish and it's so funny when you get him going.
-he has really found Mello this month

We don't go to his 6 month check up for a couple more weeks so I don't have his exact measurements, but on my scale he is 18.4lbs  . lots of fun with our son and we are so thankful to a loving God who blessed us with him to parent!

Thursday, I spent the morning resting with Cooper while Jordan player golf. We met Jordan and Blake for lunch before a gorgeous walk around the lake. Jordan's family arrived that night and we all went to supper.

Friday, we had brunch and shopped all day. Cooper did great! We went to the game that afternoon and it was awesome. The atmosphere, fans, stadium and WIN we're awesome. We got to see so many friends too!

Saturday, we shopped at North Park Mall and went to blue plate kitchen and it was delicious! We had a pretty smooth drive home.

Cooper cut his 1st tooth! Can't believe he is growing and changing so fast!!!

we wore those malls out, lots of fun!

Kendyl and I listened to the band for awhile before the game.
